We believe that you are curious about pilates and/or yoga. With us, everyone is welcome. We started in 2007 and have courses for all phases of life and for all levels, precisely so that everyone feels welcome, seen and challenged. In fixed groups where you build trust and security, where the teacher gets to know you, as well as the group, and you develop together. With these conditions, we are convinced that you will experience the positive change that both yoga and pilates bring with continuous practice. This is also what is our mission, to contribute to holistic health through regular practice, which is felt and experienced both in the body and in the mind.

Workshops & Retreats
