We can see an increased interest in pilates and therefore we´ve created this shorter course as an introduction to pilates.
Pilates is an excellent form of exercise, we call it the gourmet exercise of weight training. Professional dancers as well as physiotherapists uses pilates because it´s both effective but gentle at the same time. Pilates builds muscles through all the layers in the body. To be able to achieve this you need to learn the basic principles. By being accurate with the position of the pelvis och other postures of the body, you will be able to activate the stabilizing muscles and you will quickly notice the effect in the body.
You´ll feel stronger from within, lighter and with less back pain, more flexible and you´ll gain more energy.
This suits you if you want to advance to our other pilates courses on a higher lever both also if you have an injury och limitation and want to start a gentle practice.
