This is a course for you who want to gently start your training. Maybe it’s been a long time since you exercised, maybe you have an injury and need rehab/prehab, maybe you want to exercise but are worried that it will be too challenging or maybe you´re pregnant but still want to exercise.
Gently and educationally, through the various techniques in pilates, you can strengthen the body from the inside at your own pace, where you will feel that you are working with the muscles but in a soft way.
Via pilates, you access the deep abdominal muscles, which will strengthen your stability around the torso, which also prevents back pain. You also increase mobility and awareness in the body, the movements are made with precision and awareness. Each lesson ends with a much needed relaxation.
